IN HOUSE FIRST CONSULTATION
This is a 1 hour consultation. It includes a full body analysis using a bio-electrical impedance scale (Inbdy270). The assessment will also include a dietary and lifestyle assessment as well as a medical assessment whereby risks for non-communicable diseases will be assessed. Education on key areas will also be provided in this hour and a follow up will be scheduled.
IN HOUSE SECOND CONSULTATION
A follow up will be scheduled 2 to 3 days after the initial consult whereby a meal plan with a 7-day cycle menu, a shopping list and recipes will be provided to best meet the individuals own unique dietary goals and needs.
Fill in the online consultation form above and the dietitian will get back to you within 1 – 2 working days. A meal plan will be provided and online follow-ups or in-house follow-ups are available thereafter. Online consultations are also available over Zoom / Skype / Whatsapp video call.
Hi, my name is Ashleigh Solomon.
I am a registered dietitian with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I completed my honours degree in dietetics in 2018 at the University of Pretoria. I then went on to complete my community service year at Tambo Memorial Hospital in Boksburg, Gauteng, South Africa. During my community service I studied part time at the Health and Fitness Professional Association (HFPA) to complete a Higher Certificate in Exercise Science. I have been on the Association for Dietitian’s of South Africa (ADSA) committee for the Gauteng region since 2019 whereby I hold the Continued Professional Development (CPD) portfolio. Currently, I am working at Rosebank Virgin Active where I provide dietetic services and exercise classes. I have a passion for sport nutrition, weight loss, healthy eating and anything to do with living a healthy lifestyle. I have furthered my studies through Monash University in Australia on IBS and through the IOC (International Olympic Committee) whereby I am obtaining my International Sport Nutrition Diploma.
